Places to have 1st birthday party in MoCo (in winter)

I need somewhere other than our house to hold DS's birthday this February. We probably only have a handfull of kids, all between the ages of 1 and 4, so I'd like to have it somewhere that won't be difficult for them or their parents (like a restaurant could be), but it doesn't have to be entirely kid-oriented. For example, if it were summer, I'd be happy with a park since it has space for the kids to run around and shelters to set up the party. 

I am looking into the Playseum but it only gives 2 hour blocks of time, I think we'll need more than that since the party is mostly adults, and we have OOT family too. We're happy to bring our own food, linens, etc. but would love if the place provided tables and chairs.

So, any suggestions??

Cabin John Park has a nice party room. The train is closed during the winter but if the weather is semi-decent, the kids could still play at the playground for a bit.
