Miscarriage/Pregnancy Loss
Hcg "under 5" ?
I just got my latest b/w results back. This was week 4, and my levels are down to 7 (yay?). Orignially, the doc told me I'd need b/w done until hcg was 0 (at least that's what I remember hearing, I could be wrong). The nurse called and said I needed one more week until they're under 5. The few times I've been able to read some posts on this board (it is incredibly hard for me to be here), I've read that you usually stop when it's under 5.
So, why is it 5 and not 0? I realize it's such a negligible amount, but I'm just curious.

I've also heard that under 5 is what you want, but mine was at 4 last Wednesday and they are sending back in for b/w again tomorrow!
