Thank you so much for posting about Faith's Lodge! I am actually filling out the application now and was wondering if I put you down for the person who referred us. And if so do I need your full name/occupation? I saw you are going in May, but that doesn't work for my husband. :-( So we are hoping to go in June or July.
**butting in** I also have been thinking about going so I was looking through the application process... it actually has to be a doctor or counselor (I think a few other options are listed on the website) who refers you. I hate to think anyone would lie about a loss to go there, but my guess is that's why you need the referral from a doctor? I was just going to have my OB do it if we decide to go, I know he won't mind.
Married the love of my life 7/11/09 - Our first baby, Peyton Mark, was born sleeping 10/25/11 at 33 weeks - Our second baby, BFP 2/4/12, welcome to the world Raylan! Holy Moly, BPF 2/4/14, please be safe and sound little one!
For the referal I would just put down that you heard about it on a loss forum! I am so glad you are going. It really is lovely! And you will need an ob or therapist we used our support group leader to fill out the rest!

Are you going to a family week or just you and your husband?

It's just going to be me any my husband. I really think we need to go alone. He was extremely supportive during the pregnancy (we knew she wasn't going to make it from 20 weeks on), but once she was born he sort of detached from the whole situation. He told me he just tries not to think about it. I know that's his way of dealing but I would love to be able to reconnect with him again, and I think this will be a great way to do it. Again, thank you so much for posting about it! I cannot wait for the summer now.
We knew from 20 weeks on also.... It will be a good way for you guys to reconnect its really nice
Did you share your story on here? I was looking and didn't see. If you don't want to share I completely understand but haven't read about too many moms on here getting their diagnosis at 20 weeks. (I can only think of one other mom offhand).
