I noticed you live in St. Paul, and I was just wondering if you and your partner were involved with or are thinking of becoming involved with Rainbow Families?  We see them at pride every year, and we are considering it.  We live in Elk River, and we were thinking that it would be nice for our kids to know other GLBT families.

We're big fans of Rainbow Families. I actually worked there, briefly, several years ago.  I haven't been very involved since, but mainly because we obviously didn't have kids yet. 

 I highly recommend their annual Conference in Minneapolis in April--it's a great way to meet a ton of other families.  I hope to go to their family camp in the summer once our kid(s) is/are old enough.

All in all, it's a great organization, and I'd recommend connecting with them, for sure:)

 

Our A/S is Wednesday--super excited!!!
