TMI? vomiting, diarrhea, low back pain, no sleep Wwyd?

So I am 38 weeks along. This whole weekend the baby has been moving like crazy-- big grand movements. I have a few contractions this weekend, but no measurable pattern. I had a burst of nesting Saturday night and vacuumed my whole house at 11:30! Yesterday i felt him moving very low, with pressure in my cervix and even felt it in my butt (strange?) Last night I didn't sleep at all.. Not even five minutes. This morning I had diarrhea for most of the morning and vomited twice. I sucked it up and went into work. I had a lot of papers and my laptop that I wanted to drop off just in case. I called my sub and she came in right away. I am home now trying to rest and waiting for the nurse at my obgyn's triage line to call back. Even as I'm writing this I had pulsing low back aches...what do you think? Is labor on it's way--- or am I just crazy lol???

definitely sounds like things I've read that indicate labor is on the way, but I have no idea if there's any rule for how far away it could be.  I hope you feel better!

Could be! I've had similar symptoms. Maybe wait till u can time the contractions? Doesnt hurt to get checked out either, the worst they can do is send u home. Drink lots of water cuz u could be dehydrated and that will bring on false labour. Good luck

The back aches could be a sign of labor but either way I definitely would of called the OB due to the vomitting and diaherra. If the back pain isn't too bad I would just wait till the call you back. Or you can be like me and if you are really worried- call the receptionist at your OB tell her you need to speak to someone asap-no waiting!

    Good luck dear :)

I would love to say it means labor...but I have been experiencing this for a few weeks...minus the vomit, though.

It could be, or it could be false labor or exhaustion. Try putting your feet up and drinking a good amount of water. Some women have the labor "signs" all the time and they don't lead to labor, others never get the signs at all.

Thanks everyone! Doc says to stay in bed, eat light, and call with contractions...we will see what happens.
