I don't think your suppose to use fabric softner with cloth diapers. We didn't use fabric softner on LO's clothes until he was a one year. We were worried about skin rashes.

The only thing that's diaper safe is ecover. Everything else will make them repel.

From my research, you shouldn't use any fabric softener on cd's...not liquid or the dryer sheets.
And, we don't use them on our laundry either--don't want to leave residue in the dryer drum.

I use vinegar on my regular wash but nothing on my diapers. We also only use wool dryer balls, no dryer sheets.
