Toddler snot...

Adi is congested. I was told not to give him anything for it, since the steroids they gave him this morning would interact, and they will loosen things up anyway...so he has a lot of snot coming out of his nose. I can't find the Little Noses drops I had...any other ideas?

I know it's late but could you do a steamy bath (or just sit in the bathroom with the hot shower on).

If you have saline you can gently squirt it up his nose with a syringe. Or breastmilk  if you have any. Lie him down, squirt it up, sit him back up again. What doesn't come back out his nose, he'll just swallow. Will help to clear his sinuses.
