My L&D trip today...

Went in to get monitored because of swelling, elevated bp and headache this morning.  LO looked great on the NST, but Dr said I had elevated uric acid in my bloodwork (everything else came back fine so far).  I have to go back on Sunday to have labs redone to compare.  She said it could be nothing, but the 1 elevated level could also be the start of something more serious.  I will also most likely need to have twice weekly monitoring from now on depending on what Sunday's tests show....

Now I'm on modified bed rest until Sunday (more so because she wanted to make sure I didn't do any crazy shopping trips).  I can move around my house if I want, but I am to take it easy and basically rest for the weekend.
