Officially done with work--woohoo!

So I'm just about to sign off from work until March, 2012. I'm being induced on Monday. It feel so strange. Happy, but really weird. I completely love my job (HR Manager for a large public company), but am looking forward to hibernating with my family for a few months. :-)

Anyone else in a similar boat--either starting their maternity leave or already "checked out"?

I'm not officially done yet but with a week 2 days until until my due date I leave work everyday like I might not be back.  It does feel strange.  I have a love/hate relationship with my job, so I'm really looking forward to a change of pase, even if it's sleepless nights and endless diapers...bring it on!!!

im a stay at home wife, have been since i moved out to where my hubby lives (he doesn't want me to work) the only thing i did for a job was deliver newspapers, but as of october 31st i couldn't do them anymore since i had to go to the hospital because of gushing blood (TMI) and my doctor has put me on strict limited activities since then, i can't even go on a walk anymore and my mother in law lives down the street around the corner lol. anyways enjoy your time off and your hibernation, and i hope your induction goes well, and you have a happy and healthy baby

I am done at the end of the week and will be checking out until January 2013, I am so nervous and excited about it! I am very curious to see what Monday morning is going to feel like... That being said, I am taking 2 weeks vacation before my mat leave officially starts and will answer work emails next week, but it is getting closer!

Mentally checked out: about a month ago

Physically done: Dec 12 (3 days before due date)- 11 shifts left!

I was done at the end of last week. I had planned to work until my due date but have had issues and was miserable so here I am at home.

I stressed about it but honestly I am relieved and my back pain is soooo much better!
