I woke up at LEAST 10 times to go pee, one of those times, my lower abdomen hurt so bad I could barely move Not sure if its baby related or bowel related.... I know Im only 35 weeks and baby is sooooo not ready to come out yet, but I am sooooo ready to be not pregnant and have the normal functions of my body back!!
Pain went away after I laid back down, and baby is active and pushing its head into my ribs as we speak :P
Re: Worst sleep of life :(
I hear ya, if I wake up fewer than 4 times a night to pee I am ecstatic and feel well-rested.
The worst part about it is I usually pee about 2 drops and that's it, but the urge to go feels like I am going to pee a gallon. That is one thing I can not wait to get back after baby-is a normal bladder.
These last few weeks have been really rough on me. I'm having a lot of pelvic pains now, I read it because the baby is making its way down and putting more pressure in that area. I can usually just walk the pain off but I have to take it slow at first, while also resisting the urge to waddle, haha.
I'm dealing with GERD so need to sleep sitting up for the first part of the night. I get uncomfortable and my back starts to hurt. Around 2am I'm ok to lay flat but then my hips hurt so I'm fliping about every hour or so. I never feel like I get any solid sleep. Hang in there!
Ugh lack of sleep sucks. I only slept about 3 hours last night but it wasn't anything to do with the baby! We had some CRAZY wind storm pass through our area and the wind was so friggin loud! DS woke me up around 2am because he had a nightmare.. luckily he fell back asleep right away after some hugs. However, DH and I lay awake forever listening to the wind, and poor DH even had to go out on the patio to bring in our patio furniture etc..it was blowing all over the place!
I guess it's just practice for when our little newborns are here and waking us up every 2 hours over night for feedings... hoo boy
