Today was my dad's birthday and my husband was getting the baby ready to go while I was finishing up the dishes.  He asked what she was wearing and I told him what outfit to get, and then told him to just put plain white socks on her.

All day long, all I heard from my dad was how good her socks were staying on, even with her crawling all over the place. My husband said that he noticed it too, and they might even be a little tight.  A little while later, I changed her and took off her "socks," only to realize that she had been wearing her MITTENS on her feet!!!

I almost died laughing...but still haven't told my hubby about the mix-up.

That is perfect!  We have only found one pair of socks that will stay on when he's pulling himself around the house.  I may have to try mittens!
