Did something for me today

I went and got my eyebrows waxed. Lol, I know. But it was the first time I have left the house other than to go to the pharmacy, funeral home or a support group. Baby steps.

I worried that the beautician I go to would remember I was pregnant and ask what happened, but thankfully she didn't (a small mercy). She just commented at the end of the appt. that I looked skinnier and I just agreed with her and let it go at that.

    Good for you, I do my own eyebrows...but it took me like 3 weeks before I could pluck them... I just didn't care enough to do it.  I don't necessarily care what I look like now, but somehow it makes me feel better to take care of myself a little.
