impetigo and cloth diapers?

DS has been in CD's since he was born, and he's a few months past 2 and close to potty training. He has had repeated strep or impetigo infections, 3 in the last year, in the diaper area, which are then treated with antibiotics.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas if my wash routine or something else might be causing it?

Do you bleach everything after he's had a problem? If it keeps coming back, the wash might just not quite be killing everything off.
