GD mamas - any good iPhone apps?

I'm new to the GD scene; I have an appt with my nutritionist and doctor next week.

I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for apps that might be helpful or useful?

I had the same question, especailly because I have never been one to have to closely monitor my diet so believe it or not, I have no idea what foods have sugars/carbs and what don't!!!!

 Anyone else have ideas on good apps??
