So frustrated! Can't create my profile!!

I keep getting a damn error message!!  Whenever I click on Create Profile, I get an error message and it's asking me to log in...but obviously I'm logged in....what am I doing wrong??

    It sure is frustrating, you have to log in again to edit your profile though.

    I tried that though, I logged out and then logged back in and it's still showing as an error message.  I really don't want to create a new name and go through all of that crap!  LOL!
