Moms with a toddler and twin babies

What did you buy new for the twins?  I know I'll need a carseat, another crib, double stroller, a new car . . . what am I missing? 

Oh, and I'll probably need all new clothes b/c DS was born in Nov and these two will probably be born in May. 

I know I have plenty of time to figure this out, just thinking ahead.

I had to buy a crib, double umbrella stroller, double jogging stroller with toddler attachment seat, convertible carseat and a new Suburban. I was lucky that friends and family let me borrow an infant carseat, exersaucer,baby bjorn,boppy,bumbo seat,and a swing. I did not need doubles of all these things but it was nice having two.

We had to get a minivan since we couldn't fit three carseats in the Subaru Outback. We got the Honda Odyssey.

We already had two swings. I got a double stroller and an ERGO baby carrier so I can wear one twin and have my tot and infant in the stroller.  We bought a 2nd crib - Already have a mini-cosleeper and a mini-pack and play. I also bought a 2nd bouncy seat at a consignment sale for $10 as well as a used twin nursing pillow (not enough room on the boppy for two).

Just making sure I am not ging to forget anything. We still have everything from DD so we will be using it since it is only a year old.  We will be buying two standard cribs and eventually putting them in twin beds in the room together.  Also another infant seat, which we may buy the one off of my cousin since they are not having anymore kids since she packed her stuff and left.  Then a double stroller and a umbrella stroller for DD since I don't think she will be ready to just walk alone everywhere.  The main the we are focusing on is a new vehicle.   Right now we currently have a Pontiac Vibe and Pontiac G6 neither of which will hold 3 seats.
