IVF #2 update

I haven't been around for the past few days, because I was hoping for news one way or another after beta 1 and beta 2...

Beta one was super early at 6dp5dt... it was a 6.1 and they'd like for it to be 10+

Beta two was yesterday at 9dp5dt and was at 15. Still even too low for a HPT+. I'm not even sure those exist. 

Right now I feel like in the 'sort of pregnant' category. My period hasn't started and my hCG is rising, but my BBT is slipping and it's likely only a matter of time. I'm still trying to be hopeful.  

They've put me on an estrogen supplement, although they mailed the Px instead of asking me to come get it. We went and got it ASAP. It kind of makes no sense to me, as they wanted me to start it last night and I'll probably get it tomorrow in the mail. 

I'm hoping for a miracle.

So sweet of you, hootie. I know you've been through the thick of it, too. IF is so unfair and so cruel. Now I know why they say going through more than 2 IVFs is really not for the faint of heart.

We're in our beginning 30s and I can't believe we're hitting the end of our IF rope.

Waiting is the hardest thing, ever, and it's so easy to get discouraged in those hours of just not knowing anything. Hang in there!

I just responded to you in the MFI check-in before seeing this one -- but I just wanted to say again that I've been thinking about you and wondering how things are going.  I am really hoping that this is your cycle and you will have some wonderful news to celebrate in Italy.   

Praying that your LO just took a while to snuggle into that uterine lining and is a couple of days behind schedule!  My thoughts are with you.

Mitizi, I'm just seeing your post tonight for the first time.  I'm sorry to hear about the low betas.  I feel your pain -- that was the same news I received today.  I can't even describe how I feel right now waiting for beta 2, and I'm sure you're struggling, too.  I am so sorry and hoping for a miracle for you, too.  I'm deeply sorry it has to be this hard.

Honestly I couldn't get through this without the support you all give me since we're still in the IF closet and I'm doing this abroad. 

AmCheri, I am thinking of you especially. I know what you are going through and how difficult it is to be on IVF #2 and have higher expectations. Last night my DH and I had a talk about the statistics of it and are trying to find a glimmer of hope. 

This is such an unfair battle.
