What are you getting your husbands or SO for Christmas?
Last year he got a PS3 and he got me a Kindle and a CHI straightener. We don't want to spend a whole lot on each other this year because we would both rather save that money for baby but I want to get him SOMETHING.
Any cute ideas? Maybe something sentimental?
Re: what are you getting them for Christmas?
a bottle of wine from his favourite winery. I felt like such a grown up ordering it!
I would also like to get him baseball tickets but I don't know where the safest seats are!
I have no idea, he's not big into getting gifts but he has expensive taste. In the past I have gotten him a xbox, wii, and a camera. This year money is tight, I might just get him the new Halo game if he hasn't bought it yet, and some small things like socks and chocolate. I like to do lots of little gifts instead of one big one.
I told him I want a 40 of whiskey, makeup, and a barbell and weights, haha. I have a some good dumbells, a kettlebell and other stuff but I don't have a barbell yet. I must sound like a real classy lady right now.
MMMMMMM......Maker's Mark. I can almost taste it now! That's an interesting combination!
I have no idea. I considered a subscription to ESPN magazine, but I don't know how much he'll actually read it vs. how much it will just clutter up our living room.
Maybe LO and I will get him something "together" especially for being a daddy. We'll see.

I'm looking forward to some Canadian Club (Reserve if he can find it) or Crown Royal! I miss the taste of whiskey, it is so delicious and smooth to me. I often make drinks too strong because I really like to taste it, haha.
Girl, I drink Maker's straight and on the rocks!
A son! Lol. We are not exchanging gifts this year. (Last year I got him a PS3.)
Our health insurance deductible starts over 12/1/11 and DS will be born and then need lots of appointments/casts/possible surgery with his Club Feet so we will be paying out that deductible again right away.

Awesome... I just got my gift idea for my husband. He LOVES Star Wars, and still has them on VHS! Bingo! I also got him nice permanent ear plugs for the concerts we go to. We always wear ear plugs (we go a lot!), but these are really nice ones.
I am planning on getting him a craftsman tool organizer for the garage. He dropped a comment about me getting one for him a long time ago, I think it's something he wants but doesn't want to go out and spend the money on.
We currently have one the previous owners left with the house but it only has two drawers and is rusted and falling apart.
Whoa ladies... this makes me want to gag. LOL. I cant stand the taste of whiskey. You actually sound like my husband! He is a big fan of CC, Crown Royal, and Makers Mark. Do ya'll drink Manhattans? Thats my hubs fav drink.
I havent fully decided on what to get him. I am thinking about an inversion table (he's been wanting one for a while) and MW3 and a new ps3 controller (so he doesnt use mine all the time) OR stuff (new handle bars and a paint job) for his Harley.
IDK. I think it will all depend on what type of extra money we have. If I can keep up working overtime at work I'll have money to do whatever with but I feel like very soon I am gonna be cutting back to just my regular 40 hrs bc all this OT is finally catching up to me. And then we will probably just do something small so we have extra money for the baby.
I am getting him the new Assassin's Creed game for XBox, as well as the wireless adapter, and Xbox Live. He also could use some more athletic type pants, and fleece lounge pants. I figure both of those things he will live in with taking off time when our LO shows up.
Honestly, I've been stuck on this question too! DH always tells me doesn't want anything...so that makes it 100x harder to figure something out because he doesn't give me ANY ideas =P
Like a PP, I will probably end up doing a few small gifts instead of something big this year. In the past I've bought him various snowboarding or motorcycle gear (his winter and summer hobbies)....but since I bought him new stuff last year that he hasn't been able to really use much, I don't think he needs to recieve similar things this year.
He does enjoy a cup of alcohol before bed every night (usually some kind of whiskey)...so I got him some whiskey rocks (slightly chills the whiskey without watering it down), and some soda saver top things (I'm sick of half-full soda cans sitting in the fridge, wasted because they've gone completely flat! Hope these things work!)...
I do want to find a a cute gift to put in his stocking from our LO
Not sure what yet...maybe a special book they can read together or something.

His birthday is in December as well, so I haven't decided what to get him for Christmas, but one of the things he's getting for his birthday is a Bed Fan. He's likes a cold bed, and often gets really hot in the middle of the night. He's going to love this!
