Did clomid delay your ovulation?

Nope.  I O'd one to two days earlier than normal.  But I'm a very early ovulator on my own.

When I was on 50mg of Clomid I ovulated on CD 19, but when I was increased to 75mg I ovulated on CD 16.  This highly depends on the person and dosage!

Yes - I usually O on day 14 but on Clomid I Od on Day 17. My Dr. said it isn't uncommon for clomid to delay ovulation / lengthen your cycle.  Good luck.

I was the same way, on 50mg I ovulated on cycle day 21 on 100mg day 17, this cycle they have me on 150 let's see what happens. Usually clomid makes me ovulate sooner than normal.

It pushed mine up about 5 days last cycle.  I normally O of cd20 and clomid pushed it up to cd15.  It also increased my LP by 5 days.

This surprises me, as it is the next step for me but I dont currently HAVE a cycle!  (Only get period when I take Provera every 3 months).  Eek. 

Has anyone else with no period had success (ovulation/period success, not necessarily pregnancy success) with Clomid?

 

ETA: I tried to quote someone...The fact that it delays ovulation surprises me...

I O'd CD21 on 50 mg of Clomid.  I can't say if it was delayed or not, because I have annovulatory cycles on my own.  But like ppl said, later O dates are possible.

I tried 3 cycles of clomid and ovulated between day 19-21.  Keep POAS and hopefully you will see a smiley face!  Don't give up!  You can always check back with your doctor.  They can give you a better idea if and when you will o based on blood work and an ultra sound.

I don't ovulate at all on my own and I ovulated on both clomid cycles of I have done.  I had 1 great follie with 50mg and 2 great follies with 75mg.  It did negatively affect my CM though and I had to do IUIs.

Right there with you!  CD 18 today and no pos OPK yet!  My follies were measuring 15 and 17.5 yesterday.  I usually Ovulate after day 20 but was hoping to sooner with the clomid.  My dh leaves Friday to go out of town for four days and I am going to be piiiisssssssssed if I haven't O'd yet!

Last cycle I was on Clomid 50 mg CD3 - CD7 and ovluated on CD13 (2 days earlier than normal).   My RE said that he normally expects patients to ovulate 5 - 6  days after their last dose of Clomid.

This is me.  I went off birth control and ovulated once in 12 months.  12 month mark, I did provera.  I then took 50mg Clomid on days 5-9.  I had 1 follicle, but it wasn't a strong ovulation.  It ended in a miscarriage.  That cycle I ovulated on CD16.  CD12 the follie measured 11.7, by CD16 it was a corpus luteum.  But at the time we thought it was a cyst.  It was kind of a mess.

I O'ed a little earlier (cd16), but I also triggered.  GL!
