New understanding for "bun in the oven"

Does anyone else feel like you're always baking?  Like, it's freezing cold out because it's November, but you're quite content to go out in a light jacket because it feels nice?  I dunno, I have been feeling like I'm roasting lately.  Even at night, DH always says that I'm hot (temperature-wise, ladies).  Any suggestions on cooling off?  I've been running a cold humidifier at night and that seems to do the trick for me.

Right now i seem to fluctuate between cold and too hot. But I know with my previous 2 pregnancies I usually got MEGA hot, especially in the last half of my pregnancy. I expect this time will be the same.

Definitely cooking!!! Crazy since i'm always the person with purple hands and freezing!! Worst is, it gets the hottest at about 4am, so I always waking up sweating, like I'm not waking up enough in the middle of the night... but my husband for the first time in his life is freezing and won't let me play with thethermostat! the saga continues! lol

I go from extreme cold to extreme hot. But lately I've been having hot flashes like I'm hitting menopause! I like it though, especially with this cold weather starting. But it makes sleeping comfortably a hassle.
