I've been fielding public speaking requests all day. Everything from mom's groups to the state School Nurses Association.

I've also been hired on to train all the parent volunteers for one of our state's largest school districts.

Maybe something good can come from all this after all.

It's really hard for me to see the positive in any of this but.......it's nice to know there is SOMETHING good coming out of it.

We're raising awareness for all those kids who don't get to tell their story. The one in four girls and one in five boys. That's a good thing.

acknowledging the existence and pain of abuse is very powerful. it's a start. and it is a VERY good thing that you were contacted so much toady. keep yelling.

 

and, I know you don't yell...you are far more better spoken than that. (I saw your blog when you posted on here that it was no longer private).

Yes, this is what I think we need people to be educated and learn how to speak up, identify sexual perps and most likely victims, etc...! Awesome, you are going to rock this!!!
