So, as I entered into the diaperless world with my son last week and began potty training, I began to wonder...lol It may be a silly or repeat question, but when the time comes am is it best to have two potty chairs in case they both need to go at the same time? I was talking to a lady at the mall who had twins and she mentioned she's glad that all the doubles of stuff is gone (hers are 20 something yrs old now) like potty chairs,etc...got me to thinking! What's your thoughts or what has worked for you??
TIA!!
Re: Potty training twins
we only have one potty seat right now- but plan to get a 2nd soon.
Gibson is pretty much PTing himself - he asks to pee a few times a day and always goes when he asks... and he has pooped 2x's so far in the potty this week. We're doing the 3-day PT bootcamp with him the weekend after T-giving to get it done while he's so into it... but i had not planned to PT them until they were 3yo - and after our Disney trip.... but Gibson had other plans
Grayson has zero interest and i'm totally fine with that! We'll worry about him after disney... as I had planned
i want to have 2 potty seats in case they need to go at the same time- esp since we only have one bathroom- and it's upstairs, it's not good for PTing during the day downstairs... so we need 2 potty seats downstairs.
We have two potty seats. I have each of them sit on the potty every night before bed. Just this last week we've had really good luck with both of them going pee n them each night!
For the first time this weekend DD told me she had to go pee-pee and actually went when I put her on!
