Baby Names

Faelon?

Is this the spelling?

I used to babysit for an Irish family who had a son with this name..pronounced Fay-lon.

Has anyone heard of this?

I am trying to come up with a list of Irish boys names..sadly I have a lot of Irish friends and many names have been used.

Re: Faelon?

  • Ive heard of Fallon being used for a girl.

  • It was probably Faelan- can be used for a boy or a girl and means young wolf.

  • PP is correct that it is spelled Faolan. I, personally, am not a fan of the name. I think it sounds too harsh.

What about using Liam? Or Seamus? Or Cormac? There are lots of very cute options.
