If this was on one of my roles when I was a teacher my first guess would have been to pronounce it like Mitch. Do you know someone with this name? How do they pronounce it? I'm curious now.

My first thought was that it is obviously pronounced My-kah. But that's when I misread it and thought it said Micah.

I'm not sure HOW I would pronounce it at first glance. After reading what the pps wrote, my opinion of how it would be pronounced has been swayed. Either Mee-ack or Mee-atch, I guess.
