Kinda cheesy but helpful sleeping advice found on YouTube

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQhHI5oH0WM&list=FLcufMT9-5wsqu5N_xgeapbQ&index=2&feature=plpp_video

So I randomly found this video yesterday online while searching for stretches to do for back pain.  I felt like a doof watching a video called "How to sleep" and the lady is not very, um, polished, but I tried the side sleeping pillow arrangement last night and I slept better than I ever have since I've been pregnant!  I was in that vicious cycle where I would turn over all the time because my hips were so sore, but last night all I had to deal with was the constant getting up to pee....and I was SO happy about it, lol!

So in conclusion, this may be something that is incredibly obvious to everyone else, but I am risking looking stoopid just in case it helps someone else too!

  • Kinda cheesy, but pretty dang helpful!  Thank you!  I've been missing my favorite sleeping position this last week as my stomach just got uncomfortable to sleep on and CANNOT get comfy at night... as goofy as the lady was it was helpful!

  • Just get a Snoogle or a Boppy. I don't even think I own that many pillows.

I got a Snoogle last week and I LOVE it. :)

  • I just posted this on my month board - I can't wait to try it out later!
