    I don't want to do the work, but man fried is amazing! BIL did it last year. Traditionally we brine.

    We usually have 2: one roasted, one fried.  I handle the roasting/baking, my brother does the frying.

    We roast it, but when we lived in VA lots of people fried them.  Yum!
