Congratulations again! I am really excited for you. And, of course am dying to here all the answersa to the questions above.
As for this board being busier... I migrated to this board after myself and a couple of others got our hands slapped for too many baby related posts over on the "Regular" Baltimore page. I don't spend much time at all on that page anymore. Apparently after giving birth I became one of the dreaded "baby worshipers." LOL
Congrats again! Yea...my life has basically become John and work (which I can't/dont' want to talk about on here) so I go over the TN a few times a day, but most of my daily thoughts revolve around kid stuff so I do post over here more.
And are you going to find out what you are having, or going team green?
I'm doing great - no morning sickness, nothing. Very mild heartburn occasionally and I've been really tired and that's it. I am starting to, ahem, fill out, my pants this morning were tight ha.
We had the NT scan last week and everything looked good so yay! I'll deliver at St. Agnes - anyone else here deliver there? I kind of got a taste of Smalltimore on the phone to schedule it. It went like this:
"where do you live?"
I repeat my address.
"Why is that 21201? that should be south baltimore which is 21230."
"um I'm in Otterbein not Fed Hill or South Baltimore."
"Where do you live? Give me a landmark."
"Near the stadiums."
"Ohhhhhh okay I know exactly where you are." [great, is she going to stalk me now?] "Now do you know where we are located and how to get to St. Agnes?"
"Yes, actually my mom was a L&D nurse there for years."
"Oh yeah, what's her name?"
I give her name.
"Ohhh I know her!"
Keep in my mind when I say my mom "was a nurse there" I mean we are talking 20 years ago? 25 years ago? How on earth does this woman know her?!? It's crazy town over there I tell you.
anyway - heidi, yes, we are finding out the sex. We were going to go team green but considering that H can't even wait until Christmas for his presents, no way will he wait until May for this one.
Weezie - I was posting a lot on the May 2012 board and when I saw you come over there I was like crap! I have to be more slick now! (I was using a different name but I still gave away enough details that it could have clicked and I was so paranoid for some reason.)
Umm....names. We're feuding. H says "we had names picked out" (william and elizabeth, after grandparents) but now I'm torn and want to explore more options haha.

No worries on that one... Mommy brain is in full effect! The only way I would have realized you is if you had a siggy picture that I recognized. I swear for the first 2 weeks after Jen put up Annabelle's new pictures I was confused!
If you are planning on staying in Otterbein even for just a little while you should join the Fedhillkids yahoo group. People give away and sell things cheaply. They are also a great resource for daycare and other parenting issues. Sign up now, because it takes some time for the moderator to add people. https://groups.yahoo.com/group/fedhillkids/
The Downtown Baltimore Family Alliance is also a useful resource. They have a new and expecting parent social coming up soon.
Also you may want to consider putting yourself on the Otterbein swim club waiting list now, because it is fairly long, and it is a great place for kids and babies in the summer.
Please feel free to PM if you have questions about city life with wee ones.

Matildasun - thanks so much for the links! I will sign up for both.
I think we are planning on buying a SFH (our lab needs a yard like yesterday haha) sometime late next summer/early next fall outside the city but we'll definitely be here next summer (we love living in the city, we just need a yard.)

Just putting in my two sense that the Otterbein Swim club is so nice!!
Ah congrats! If you announced on TN then I missed it. I decided while I was pregnant that being due in May would have been perfect - small enough that you can still wear winter clothes while it's cold but you're due before it's super hot.
Re: ooh so this is what the Baltimore Bump board looks like...
its so exciting to see you over here!!
we try to contain our baby-related stuff to this board....its gotten pretty active actually in the past 6 months or so
It's because we're all getting knocked up and popping out kids!!
Congrats again!!
And now for the obligatory, how are you feeling? Are you finding out? Any names picked out?
yeah welcome!!
no - answer the burning questions
yes, you can eat cheese

Congratulations again, Becky!!!
I haven't been around very much. My brain seemed to have forgotten about this board and the Nest moves way too slow.
Someone's getting a little brother!
Welcome-
also this post is making me flash back to when I lived in Otterbein. Such a great spot.
Francesca Pearl is here! Josephine Hope is almost 3!
