Flushable Liners & Septic

Are there liners that are safe for septic systems? 

We cannot flush tampons, kleenex, wipes (like cottonelle etc) so I was wondering if flushable wipes were more for city sewage... or if there is a brand that is guaranteed safe for septic systems?

I wouldn't flush them. But I've seen a number of people w/problems from flushing them in general, so I wouldn't flush even if I weren't on septic.  I think you're just asking for trouble. The items you mentioned really shouldn't ever be flushed even though they are "flushable" (ie tissues, tampons).

If you have trouble with Kleenex, definitely don't try liners.
