Pregnancy symptoms or a bug?

I am 5 weeks and for the past 2 days I have had a constant stomach ache.  Not just nausea, but also pain in the upper part of my stomach.  Feeling as if I ate something bad.  I have had no diarrhea or vomiting. I have not been able to eat anything but saltines.  Anyone had anything similar?  I don't know if I have a bug or if this is just the pregnancy.

Probably the pregnancy. I've had indigestion/ weird feeling in my stomach almost every day since 5.5 weeks.
