Is this normal?

I posted this on April 2012 moms but wanted to post here too just in case...

I just noticed last night that after I ate dinner, it felt like I had food stuck on the back of my tongue. I thought nothing of it until today when all day I had the same feeling even when I wasn't eating. I looked in the back of my throat and it looks like I have a couple enlarged bumps that are giving me that feeling...they don't hurt and my throat isn't sore...has anyone had this when preggers? Is it normal?

just to clarify, the bumps are not in my throat...just the very back of the tongue.

    Never heard this one bfr. Is it possible you had a mild allergic reaction to something? I would call my OB just to be sure it's not something to worry about.
