GD ladies

So my fasting numbers still suck, and I think I may need to eat something in the middle of the night. I do have an appointment to talk to the GD Dr tomorrow, but what say you? Would it be in my best interest to have some crackers in the middle of the night to try and keep my fasting numbers down?

It seems that that longer I sleep, the higher my numbers are.

  • Never eat a carb without a protein.  So if you do get up for a snack in the middle of the night eat Peanut Butter crackers or cheese or something with the crackers.
