Uppababy vista vs. Graco alano travel system

Anyone with experiences with both?  Preferences, pros, cons? The uppababy was way out of our price range, but the zulily sale is making me reconsider.  We are going with the Graco snugride carseat either way.

We just bought the Graco alano travel system, we haven't set it up or used it, but I trust Graco products.  I've been doing a lot of research and I found a great deal at Target.  I like how the graco alano has a good frame and looks durable and easy to clean fabric.  I overall like the look and the price!

The UPPAbaby Vista is a way better stroller, it's not even close.  If you can afford it, definitely go with the UBV.

We have the vista so I'm probably biased, but I agree with the PP. You can't even compare the two. It really is a much better stroller. All of my friends and family that I know who had/have a travel system, really didn't use it often or for that long. They are big, bulky plastic, and don't steer well. I also have a graco car seat. The uppa is expensive though.

Also, I have had the stroller for two years and it is still going strong.

LOL, this is like saying "should I get a Lexus or a Kia?" 

Get the Uppa!! Graco is a great carseat, but a mediocre stroller.

It's not even fair to compare the UBV to even the best rated Graco stroller. The UBV is a high quality stroller that's made to last. The bassinet is made w/natural fibers and a soy based mattress. The fabric is a high quality machine washable material. It also includes the rain and bug cover, not to mention it also includes a an extendable 50 SPF sun screen for your baby. The handle is ajustable for adults up to 6'4 and has a floting axle so you don't constantly kick it if you have long legs/a long stride. It also have a huge basket, one of the biggest ones on the market. Your baby will be seated higher, which is always nicer. The UBV can withstand 3 kids on it if you purchase the Rumbleseat and Piggyback board. And best of all, as the company continues to make new acessories for newer models, they make sure to include retrofits for older models as well. Their customer service is one of the best around. The only downfall of the UBV is that it's wide and heavy, but once again, it needs to be heavy to be able to hold 3 kids on it's frame. The fact that this is on SUPER SALE, in fact the lowest price you may ever get it for makes this dollar for dollar the best value for your money if you have it to spend. If you can afford the sale price on Zulily, I say go for it! If you still need proof, google reviews on this stroller and you will see, it gets overwhemling raves.

We just bought the Uppababy Vista that was on Sale on Zulily!  My husband manages a restaurant in a high end area and lots of the couples that come in have those.  When he asks them about them they all rave about how wonderful they are!

He did lots of research online on it too!  The sale price was great so we didn't hesitate...I looked this morning and they are down to 2 colors now, so they are going fast!

Thank you for putting that out there Salt!!! I couldn't agree more!! I've been looking at posts all day with everyone raving about buying that stroller and have been just shaking my head... To each their own for sure.

This exactly!! I love my Graco! Good, reliable, affordable brand. Got the UrbanLite (got a better deal on it but I was deciding between Alano and UrbanLite)
