Breast & nipple pain?

All of the sudden my nipples are super sensitive again and my breasts are achy.  I haven't felt like this since my first trimester.  Anyone else?  I guess it is just  a hormonal thing?

Such a cute picture of your girls Mrs. G! I have noticed my nipples are super sensitive again and my breasts are itchy and heavy feeling. I just chalked it up to hormones....like everything else haha.

I know mine have started doing that because they are getting ready to put some stuff in there I havent started to leak yet which is strange for me but I know it's coming! Just makes me more excited that its getting to the end.

Same here.  I noticed that about a week ago.  My boobs feel like they did in 1st trimester and my nipples are super sensitive.  I'm guessing it's a shift in hormones and getting ready for my milk.
