Anyone Rh negative and test positive for Antibody D?

I just found out that I am Rh negative and that I tested positive for Antibody D.  Looks like I had a chemical pregnancy that I thought was a late period about a year ago, and I am one of the unlucky few who quickly developed antibodies.  My Dr. explained the complications and is testing my husband to find out if he has two Rh positive genes one Rh positive and one Rh negative.

What has your experience been being Rh negative and pregnant?  My Dr. is worried because I developed antibodies so quickly.  Did anyone else test positive for Antibody D before they got pregnant?  TIA!

I'm RH negative but didn't know it until I started treating with my RE.  I had a miscarriage with my last pregnancy so I had to have an injection of Rogam after my miscarriage.  I had to have another Rogam injection at 28 weeks and then another one after delivery.  I don't think I tested positive for antibodies.. hopefully I would have known that.  They never tested DH.  I had no clue that I was RH negative before this though.
