I haven't switched yet to the level 3 nipples. I know  they say for 6 months. when did you switch? how did you know LO was ready? thanks!

I switched when DS started refusing and/or playing with the level 1 nipple about a month ago.  We skipped level 2 entirely.

I switched a few of her bottles a few weeks ago...She seemed like sometimes she was pulling on the others, so I threw a few level 3's in there.  I never know which bottle has them but I can definitely tell once I start feeding her...I will gradually change the rest.

We switched when it started to take the girls a really long time to finish a bottle.

I switched when he looked like he was struggling to finish the bottles and would lose interest...I think I switched him about 4 weeks ago

Our LO never showed any signs.  I just thought it was time to get new nipples because I had heard that it wears down over time since she chews on hers alot.  So I just jumped to size 3 when she was 6 months old and noticed no difference in her eating pattern before and after.

Yeah, we switched around 4 months, I think!  HA! She must be a voracious eater.
