you can probably check out ebooks and audio books for these things from your library? Google your county (or however your state divides up library ownership) public library and "overdrive".
No more late fees! H is happy about that. I just paid $32 yesterday ;o( I think I've spent more in fees than the cost of 4 kindles in the past 2 years.
