So our Britax Roundabout 55 came in the mail today from Amazon.com (we returned the First Years True Fit) and it fits in our Jetta the exact same as our Graco Snugride 35 did (with the base attached)!!!  Yay!!  It was like $150 and the materials just supersede the True Fit.  Thanks for all of your suggestions!

    I got mine and I love it. It is comparable our the Marathan, just minus the extra 10lb (from 65 to 55 for weight), I would not have known it was any different. It is SO heavy and looks so nice/well made, I was glad I went with it. I also got it for $150! Yay!
