I plan on making a bunch of stuff so we can eat good food with little effort after LO gets here. I plan on making chicken pot pie, enchiladas, spaghetti sauce, chili, alfredo sauce, chicken corn chowder, chicken chili, lasagna and maybe more. What are y'all making ahead of time? Would love to hear more inspiration!
PS- I also made a list of "easy meals" that I can do in between.

Here are the resources I've been using:

So far I made a tray of shredded crockpot salsa chicken, baked ziti (tonight actually haha), pesto chicken pasta, and a chicken soup. I've been making larger meals if it freezes well and freezing half in the containers from the first link I posted (the Glad freezer to oven dishes). I still plan to make enchiladas, waffles, a pot roast, and a few other dishes. I started a "freezer friendly" tag in my blog (linked below) as well with the things I made so far for the baby.
So far in my freezer I have made:
4 lbs of pesto meatballs
2 different types of meatloaf
chicken parm turkey burgers
I plan to make this week:
Spinach lasagna roll ups
2 different types of chicken enchiladas
chicken and 3 cheese pasta bake
chili
I made my first freezer meal tonight, Weight Watchers chicken black bean chili!
I made a post about it on my personal blog, link in siggy. We ate it for dinner tonight too, and it was awesome!
