Endometryosis and Andomyosis

8 years and no baby. Statistics show I should've been pregnant twice by now (granted, 99% of statistics are made up on the spot). I'm having a D&C on Nov. 3rd... my obgyn said it may help with the infertility. I guess the point of this is...if there's any other women out there who have had infertility issues because of endo and/or ando and have been able to conceive AND carry to term, any help would be greatly appreciated.
