had to call the on call today

I have complained about this before, I am nearly 25 weeks and I am STILL having M/S.  Today, I had to call as I was vomiting blood.  Dr is less concerned with the blood (think that it is coming form my throat) than he was that the Zolfran (8mg) that I am taking every 6 hours isn't working.

Tomorrow morning, I am heading to the pharmacy for something ELSE that I need to take, alternating with the zolfran.

I'm so sorry! That sounds really tough! Thank god Zofram has been working for me. Hopefully the new meds will do the trick! Good luck

I don't know how much Zofran you're taking, but you can take 8mg of it and I'd be asking for the sublingual kind because it dissolves under the tongue so you don't have to swallow it.

I'm so sorry hun.  My girlfriend (our babies were born on the same day) had M/S her entire pregnancy.  She took Zofran and the other drug alternating until the last couple of weeks of her pregnancy.  She lost a lot of weight but her kiddo was a solid lb heavier than mine at birth!

My MIL was sick every day when she was pregnant with hubby, 30 years ago... and she says she can still remember DISTINCTLY how awful she felt!!  I'm so sorry that you're having to go through this, but as long as the doc says you're ok, I wouldn't stress too much.  Good luck with the rest!

That totally stinks, because I'm going through the exact same thing! I have lost 17 pds so far. I just want to be able to eat! My zofran is doing nothing for me. Please message me and let me know if you figure something out, cause I'd like to try it!
