Anyone interested in a shelter kitty?

Through another animal loving facebook friend, I got involved with a local cat rescue.  In the last 3 weeks we have placed 5 cats into loving homes that would otherwise be put down.  What a wonderful feeling!  My parents adopted one and a girl from my local board adopted another:)

  The animal control we are working through is no longer letting us put "holds" on cats while we work on securing a home for them.  After placing the other cats, I feel like I have used all my resources and am at a loss. 

 I have tried other rescues, asked people to help foster etc with no luck.  We do have transport to other states if anyone is perhaps interested in any of these sweet kitties.  They are set to be put to sleep on Mon;(   I get too involved with anything animal related and I feel bad because I feel like I have been neglecting the kids in the last few days putting all my efforts into finding these kitties homes...

 My husband and father in law are very very allergic so we cannot foster or adopt.  I always had rescue cats growing up so I want to help in anyway I can.  Our dog is a rescue as well.  Im so sorry to bother you with this, but you all are such a great resource for everything else I thought I would ask!.. I can email pics if anyone is interested.....

1st kitty is an orange and white male 3 yrs old declawed and fixed.  Super sweet but scared to be in the shelter.  Loves his chin being rubbed.  Has a really handsome face.

2nd kitty main *** mix 4 or 5 months old love bug.  Loves to be held and cuddled. 

3rd kitty is beautiful lynx point female 1 or 2 yrs and LOVES to visit with people.  Very personable.  Funny little personality.

Have you posted on the Pet board??? I would deff post this over there! Good luck i hope and pray you find them homes before monday!
