I am having cramps, they started about 2 hours ago.  They are in my lower abdomen and it is not indigestion.  It's kind of a sharp pain feeling, only on my left lower side.  Should I call the Dr. tomorrow?  Is this normal?  Could this be round ligament pain? I have heard of this but I'm not sure what it feels like.

I would call.  They may brush you off but it's always better to be safe than sorry with pregnancy.  Also, try drinking a bunch of water, when I get cramps if I drink water they go away.

It could be round ligament pain. It's a crampy/sharp feeling when I have it. It could also be that you are dehydrated, like pp said, drink some water and it may subside. If you are worried give the doctor a call. Worrying isn't good for you or the baby. Wish you well.

Sounds like round ligament pain to me! If you are really worried about it, just call and speak to the doctor, it can be nice to have them put your mind at ease. I called mine yesterday about abdominal cramps too. Always something!

Oh great! Now I just went to the bathroom and I have blood in my stool. I'm freaking out. It is bright red blood.  I bet it's related to the cramping. I am going to call the doctor when they open.  Sorry, I know, TMI!
