I really don't care for it, mostly because most people won't pronounce it properly. Even when people say it right, I don't care for the sound but that's more personal preference.
If you're using it as a middle name, I don't think it is terrible because you rarely use a person's middle name anyway.

I think it's pretty and I knew how to pronounce it. It seems to me that I've seen it with an umlaut (the Germanic "dots") over the "a" before. I like it way more than Ann or Anna.
I think its going to get slaughtered when people try to pronounce it, but being that its a middle name you won't have that problem much. I say use it if you like it and actually I like interesting middle names.

I was just looking it up and I saw that. And I still think it's a pretty name.
