What color of finish is this?

I can't get on the N&BG board for some reason so I have to ask here. The inlaws are giving us this ginormous armoire for the nursery, so I'm trying to make it work with our crib and sofa because it is a really nice piece as it is. So, what color is it? The dark part looks almost walnut but I'm not sure. The light part also has me wondering what it is.

Either walnut or med oak.

It is really hard to tell in pictures but I think it is walnut.

Everyone has different names for colours.. when you shop for your set just look for a mid-tone wood that appears to be more yellow-based than red-based.    Your other option of course would be to go for a painted wood crib in a similar colour to one used in the painting.  Frankly, I think that would look darling!

Mocha lol. Im craving a mocha so thats what it looks like and a cream color also but beautiful

Id say the light is maple and the dark is walnut...aw crap now i want ice cream
