I have two and hate them. I used them with DD for a little while, but this one, forget it, I just bought transition pants instead. MUCH more comfortable.
My mom just sent me a few BeBands in the mail. ?It took a while to figure out how they work best, but once I found something that worked for me, I LOVE them. ?It seems like everyone wears them differently.
?I don't wear them over my regular pants because they don't really smush the buttons down enough, and you can still tell my pants are unbuttoned. ?I am too bloated for regular jeans but too small for maternity clothes to fit well, so I've found it works great as a sort of belt to hold up my full panel maternity pants. ?I pull the band up so it is around my hips and waist and pull my pants up over it so that the band is just an inch or two above the top of the waist of the maternity pants, then fold the top of the BeBand down along with the panel of the pants over my hips to where a shirt would end. ?The band covers the panel material and hold the pants just a little tighter. ?I don't know if that description makes any sense, but I hope it's a little helpful!
I have a bunch of the bella bands. I love them! I used them for the first 6 months with DD so I could continue to wear my PP jeans. I have started using them a little earlier this time around though!
Re: Belly bands
I used them during my last pregnancy a lot!
And even after I still used them, but as an undershirt for low cut tops. Works great!
Is there a specific brand you recommend?

Love them. Motherhood Maternity.
That, and the rubber band trick, if that's still working for you.
