Costume help needed

We were invited to a friend's costume party and we can't wait to go.  DD is going as Snow White, so I am going to go as the evil queen.  I think it would be hilariously ironic to dress DH has a dwarf (he's 6'4").  I've looked online at dwarf costumes and they are just too expensive for what we want.  Any ideas?

Go to Walmart or Target and get brown sweatpants.  cut up the bottom of the pants to look a little ragged.  Buy a long sleeve Yellow t-shirt and cut it up a bit as well.   Add a belt. Find a hat at a second hand store.
