I had some spotting last night after a orgasm. Do you think I should call the doctor? I am so embarrassed but concerned. It was literally like one wipe and it was gone. I feel fine. Thanks for your input.

I'd say nothing to worry about.  That happened to me with my first and second pregnancies.
