We're looking to hire a new sitter/nanny for the kids and I'm just wondering what questions would be on your to ask list?

What is your experience with kids, & ages

What certifications do you have

What types of activities do you do daily

What are your salary & expense reimbursement expectations (she pays for gas but you pay entrance to activities or you pay all gas & cost of activity)

Expected hours of work, days off, holidays, vacations?

What are your food expectations?
