Hi Ladies, I just received an advertisement for this product to prevent stretch marks. I'm only 11 weeks, but wondering if I should do something now to prevent or if it's waste of $$? Any advice? Thanks!
Some people think it works, but I tend to think those people weren't going to get stretch marks anyways. If you're going to get them....you're just going to get them.
I used everything I could, and I've gotten stretch marks with both my pregnancies. My only hope this time is that they've stretched things out enough I don't get more.
Those types of creams don't prevent stretch marks. If you are going to get them, then you will get them. The creams do help with the itching that comes along with stretching later on. That is the main reason I used them.

I had stretch marks from being obese that are very noticable since i lost that extra weight, but my DH rubbed Cocoa butter on my tummy every night during my last (and hopefully this one) and I got through nine months with no belly marks. It's worth a try...
if you're gonna get stretch marks then you're gonna get them. They are mostly hereditary from what I've read. But if you want to try it then more power to you. It's not like it can hurt.
