What week does it start to look like a baby on u/s?

We had our 7w1d u/s on Tuesday.  It had gotten considerably bigger from the last week.  I am so ready to be able to see a head/little arms, etc.  I know that you girls sometimes talk about they look like a gummy bear at some point?  I have my next u/s next Wed and I will be 8w2d.

at the nt scan they really looked like babies.

It was around 9 wks for me.

At that point, our little guy looked like a gummy bear!

my 9wk one, you could tell there was a head, but still not really human looking.  by the 12wk NT scan it was a real baby!!

At my 8 week u/s, they were able to wiggle and wave at us and looked like little gummi bears. Very cute!

I had the bleeding scare at 9weeks and when they gave me the u/s, the babies looked perfect!! I couldn't believe they actually looked like two little perfect babies at that point, and so early!
